The Farm
David’s Folly is a saltwater farm located on the Blue Hill Peninsula in Downeast Maine. It stands among the pines and meadows that roll to Wasson Cove.
We are a farm that has modified over the years depending on the needs of our surrounding community. Goats and sheep have grazed and improved our fields. During the growing seasons, our flocks of free-range layers and meat birds are seen out on fresh pasture paddocks. We have gentle rescue donkeys that we love dearly. They enjoy heartfelt conversations over a few good peanuts. Last but not least are the hogs that root the soil of the farm - enjoying lazy days in the mud under the trees.
